This is ablative treatment uses the Rohrer Phoenix CO2 laser to divide beams into tiny shafts that penetrate the epidermis. As this happens the sub-dermal layers are heated to stimulate rapid cell reproduction and collagen production.

Sessions take 75 minutes with numbing and involve 10-14 days of downtime with redness and peeling. Results compound over weeks.

Pre & Post Care
To get the best CO2 Laser Resurfacing results, follow these simple steps…
Before your appointment, avoid sun exposure and tanning for 4 weeks, skip irritants like Retin-A or acids for one week, stop antibiotics for 2 weeks, and be off Accutane for 6 months. No waxing for one week, wear SPF 30+, and notify us of cold sores for a prescription. We also recommend pretreating the areas we’ll treat with Alastin Nectar. Always consult with your primary doctor before making any changes.
After treatment, expect redness, swelling, texture, and possible pinpoint bleeding like a moderate sunburn. You will also need to avoid makeup, direct sun, excess heat, saunas, and exercise for up to 2 weeks.
After your sessions we will give you specialized cleanser and balm, vinegar soaks for comfort, and SPF after fully healed and redness is gone. You will have sloughing skin you must avoid picking to ensure it heals as quickly as possible.
