Before your appointment avoid caffeine, anti-inflammatory medications, and blood thinners (like aspirin or ibuprofen) for about a week to minimize bruising. Always consult your doctor before making any changes.
After your session, skip strenuous exercise for 24 hours and avoid massaging the treated area, facials, or direct sun exposure for a few days to ensure the filler settles properly.
