To ensure the best Botox results, we recommend a few simple steps…
Before your appointment avoid caffeine, anti-inflammatory medications, and blood thinners (like aspirin or ibuprofen) for about a week to minimize bruising. Always consult your doctor before making any changes.
After treatment, we suggest skipping exercise for the rest of the day and avoiding tight hats, facials, or massages for two weeks to let the Botox settle. It can take up to two weeks for full results to show.
