Before your appointment: avoid retinoids for about one week prior (unless medically necessary, always consult your primary doctor). Arrive with clean skin and no active sunburn or peeling. 

After treatment: expect hot and pink skin like a mild sunburn for 1-2 days. Avoid picking at this skin. Use provided post-care products and stay out of direct sun.
